The Backyard Rec Center is a flagship BNS project currently under construction, commenced on 15th February 2026 and progressing as scheduled, with approximately 30% completion to date. This multi-sport indoor facility integrates courts, support spaces, and infrastructure into a single high-performance environment, showcasing BNS capability in managing complex, phased construction projects with precision and control.
- Site Preparation & Ground Engineering Clearing, excavation, filling, and compaction works to establish stable foundations for structures and courts.
- Substructure & Foundation Works Execution of footing systems, column bases, and underground drainage interfaces.
- Structural Steel Framework Fabrication and erection of steel columns, trusses, and structural systems for the indoor complex.
- Roofing & Rainwater Management Systems Installation of roof sheeting, gutters, and downpipes to ensure durability and weather protection.
- Multi-Sport Court Construction Development of futsal, basketball, badminton, padel, and pickleball courts with specialized systems.
- Surface Systems & Finishing Works Application of sport-specific surfacing, coatings, and precision line marking.
- Internal Facilities & Support Spaces Construction of admin areas, lounge, co-working spaces, washrooms, and service areas.
- Project Management & Execution Control End-to-end coordination including planning, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance.
